CRM & Lifecycle Manager

A fast-growing eCommerce brand is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to shape how it talks to more than a million customers.

What you'll do

• Own email, SMS and push programmes end to end
• Design lifecycle journeys from onboarding to win-back
• Segment audiences and personalise content
• Report on retention, LTV and incremental revenue

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Klaviyo or similar
• Strong copy and testing instincts
• Comfort working with data and SQL basics
